Product Maintenance

The KLAW Support Team is here to assist with everything from providing Certification copies to ensure your records are compliant and correct, to undertaking refurbishment work that meets your routine maintenance schedule.

IOM Documents

To request a copy of the latest IOM document for the KLAW product you have in service, please complete and submit the IOM Document Request Form.

Certification Documents

If you have misplaced your Certification or would like a digital copy of your KLAW product Certificates, please complete and submit the Certification Request Form.

Please note: To ensure that the correct Certificates are issued, please provide either the KLAW Serial/Reference Number from the Hard Stamp on the product or the Original KLAW Order Reference Number located on our issued Order Acknowledgement and/or Delivery Note.


KLAW offers a repair and refurbishment service.

The KLAW breakaway coupling or swivel joint will be inspected at the KLAW facilities and a quotation will then be provided detailing approximate costs and time to complete the work.

As standard, the coupling will be reassembled using new components such seals, breakstuds, dowels (Marine BACs), nuts, etc.

Swivel Joints will have seals and bearings replaced where necessary.

The unit is then tested and re-certified before being returned to you.

We aim to have this work completed within 2 to 3 working weeks from receipt of your Official Purchase Order.
